A complete pitching system, not just a delivery method, the West Coast Softball Pitching System taught at the Ball-Yard has produced four D1 college pitchers. The West Coast System features the slight open angle approach with seven basic pitches & variations. Every pitch looks the same, even after release, until the late break because of the tight spin -- spot pitches w/ deadly accuracy -- weight transfer provides the power for velocity -- set up hitters and finish them off with a system of pitches that all begin alike. Improve velocity & powerful leg drive. No sore shoulders, back or knees
