West Coast
Pitching Instruction
Most Effective Softball
Pitching System
A complete pitching system, not just a delivery method, the West Coast Softball Pitching System taught at the Ball-Yard has produced three D1 college  pitchers.  The West Coast System features a deep windmill with seven basic pitches & variations. Every pitch looks the same until after release -- spot pitches w/ deadly accuracy -- weight transfer provides the power for velocity, not the shoulder -- set up hitters and finish them off with a  system of pitches that compliment each other.
Improve velocity, develop powerful leg drive
no sore shoulders, back or knees
